A recipe for a natural isotonic drink.
- Jantar Water – 700 ml,
- lemon/orange/grapefruit juice (full of potassium, enzymes and vitamins) – 200-300 ml,
- natural honey (source of carbohydrates, provides energy, enzymes, minerals and trace elements which are sweat out) – 2-3 tablespoons.
This beverage does not contain any harmful ingredients that are used in mass production of “mainstream” isotonic drinks (e.g. artificial colours, preservatives, flavourings, CO2, etc.).
